2 large handfuls of fresh kale, chopped ½ cup pineapple, frozen ½ cucumber ½ banana ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt, full fat ½ teaspoon turmeric Pinch of black pepper Water as desired (approximately ¼- ½ cup). Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
