yield 8 oz
2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon butter, soft
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 ounces semi sweet chocolate, chopped
In a heavy saucepan, warm cream over medium low heat.
Stir in butter and vanilla.
Remove from heat, add in chocolate, and allow to stand 3 minutes before stirring.
Once combined, refrigerate 3-4 hrs to set.
Once Set, scoop 1 oz portions, roll into balls, and coat with choice of topping (sprinkles, nuts, cocoa powder, etc).
Keep refrigerated and serve chilled.
