Yield = 9 x 11 pan
¼ cup salted butter
¼ cup corn syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla
250 grams mini marshmallows
3 cups granola
½ cup chocolate chips
½ cup shredded coconut
½ cup toasted sunflower seeds
½ cup slivered almonds, toasted
¼ cup sundried cranberries
In a large heavy stockpot, melt butter over medium heat, then add corn syrup and vanilla and stir well.
Add in marshmallows and stir until melted.
Remove from heat and add all remaining ingredients, stirring quickly.
Press warm into greased (or parchment lined) 9 x 11 pan and allow to cool to room temperature before cutting.
Turn out of pan onto cutting board, cut into small bites, and store in an airtight container.
