1 kilogram ham
1 can apple cider
1 tablespoon Sara’s green stuff
2 carrots cot in chunks
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon Pepper
12 whole cloves
1 tablespoon regular mustard
1 tablespoon maple syrup
½ tablespoon Brown sugar
Place all ingredients in the solid steam oven tray.
Steam at 100 percent for 25 minutes per 500 grams.
Remove from steam and throw out all liquid (remove skin if you wish).
Score a diamond shape on ham.
Rub with mustard, maple syrup and sugar.
Bake on convection at 325°F for 20 minutes or until caramelized.
***NOTE. If you do not have a steam oven roast covered completely at 325°F, then uncover and bake until caramelized\
