Spanakopita with Spinach and Feta

½ cup melted butter
1 pound spinach
2 cups feta cheese
10 phyllo sheets
½ teaspoon Sara’s green stuff
1 egg

Directions

Cut roll of phyllo in 3 equal pieces.

Use 2 pieces at a time, brushing with butter in between each piece.

Mix green stuff, spinach and 1 teaspoon of butter and fry until aromatic.

Cool and drain any liquid.

Mix feta and egg into filling.

Put ½ -1 teaspoon of filling on long end.

Roll up into a triangle.

Place cut side down on parchment paper pan.

Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
