3 pounds chicken wings, separated to drumettes and wing
1 tablespoon Sara’s Green Stuff*
2 tablespoon Cavenders Greek seasoning
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
Soak chicken wings in cold salt water for 1 hour.
Drain and dry.
Heat cast iron pan on hi on barbecue.
Toss wings with Sara’s Green Stuff, Greek seasoning, lemon pepper.
Put in pan on barbecue and toss frequently.
Cook for 1 hour

My mom was feeding 8 people on a daily basis. People would often ring our doorbell just before dinner knowing my mom would always have a homemade nourishing supper on the table. Sometimes she would reset the table 4 or 5 times and always with a smile on her face. Supper was always quick easy and yummy. She did not drive so running to a store was not an option. She invented this “Green Stuff” to make all of her recipes easier and her hands never smelled like freshly chopped onions and garlic. This concoction can flavor soups, stews, stuffings and pastas.
*Sara’s Green Stuff
1 large bunch parsley
1 large bunch of dill
1 large bunch of Basil
1 bulb of garlic separated and cleaned
Put all ingredients in a food processor and mince.
Keep in a sealed jar in fridge. This keeps for up to two months.
Any fresh herbs can be added.
