Dark Chocolate Bundt Cake

2/3 cup cocoa
2 ¼ cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
¾ teaspoon salt
1 ½ teaspoons instant coffee granules
1 ½ cups orange juice or sour milk (not both)
3 eggs
1 ¼ cups oil

Combine all dry ingredients in a food processor or mixer. Add the other ingredients

Mix until oil is incorporated. Pour into a well greased Bundt pan that has been sprinkled with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes, or 350 degrees on convection bake for 45 minutes or my favorite is the Miele steam oven on the cake setting.

Tips & tricks: A good Bundt pan is the trick to getting it to come out of the pan nicely. This cake can be made dairy or dairy free. After spraying a cake pan with cooking spray sprinkle with sugar not flour for a slight sugary coating.
