Double Fudge Chocolate Cake

Cake Ingredients:
2 cups gluten free flour
¼ cup coconut sugar
2 large eggs
2 cups gluten free flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups chocolate chip
1/2 cup nut mix
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup cocoa
1 cup milk

Pre-heat oven to 350oF.

Cream sugar and eggs until smooth. Fold in the rest of the ingredients, mix well.

Fold in milk. Put batter in a square baking  pan.

Bake in pre-heated oven for 30 minutes . Allow to cool down before pouring chocolate ganache.

Chocolate Ganache Ingredients:
1 cup melted dark chocolate
1 cup 33% whipping cream

Melt dark chocolate and whipping cream together. Pour over cake.

Dust with icing sugar.
