Crab & Avocado
- 1 ripe avocado (avocado must be ripe in order for this to work)
- 2 tablespoons real mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon hot sauce
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ a lemon, juiced
- 1 can crab meat/drained
Cut the avocado in half and remove pit.
Scoop out avocado, without damaging the shell. Place in bowl and mash to a smooth consistency.
Add all remaining ingredients to the mashed avocado and mix well.
Place mixture back in shells. Put shell on a bed of lettuce and serve with a lemon wedge.
Makes Approx. 3 servings (in 2 shells)
